Orders and pricing
- Product availability and prices may change; the price shown at checkout at the moment of payment is the price that applies.
- An order confirmation acknowledges your order; it is accepted for fulfilment when it is dispatched. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before dispatch.
- Product descriptions are prepared in good faith. Refurbished or open-box items are clearly labelled as such and carry exactly the warranty/return terms stated on their product page — which may be none.
Payments
- Prepaid payments are processed by our payment gateway. Card/UPI credentials are never stored on our servers.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered where our courier is serviceable, with any COD handling fee shown at checkout before you pay. Some pin codes/states may not be COD-serviceable.
Cancellation and returns
